This 6 week program includes one on one nutritional counseling with your own coach via private email check-in link, starting macro prescription provided in week 1, 6 weekly check-ins/ analysis of progress photos, and frequent macro adjustments.
Upon purchase, instructions for beginning your coaching session will be sent via email. Your 6 week coaching session begins once your coach has assigned you your starting macro count.
Cancelation Policy: Upon purchase, your spot in the upcoming session will be reserved. If you choose to cancel before starting, there is a $15 cancelation fee. Your coaching session becomes non refundable once you’ve received your starting macro count and info from your coach. If you need to postpone your purchased session for any reason, please reach out via email. Unused sessions expire 6 months from date of purchase.
