This 6 week program includes one on one nutritional counseling with your own coach via private email check-in link, starting macro prescription provided in week 1, 6 weekly check-ins/ analysis of progress photos, and frequent macro adjustments. Recipes, live videos, as well as high levels of accountability and support provided in the privacy of a closed Facebook group.
Premium Starter Package upgrade includes a 1 hour conference call with your coach week 1, a digital sfm cookbook of choice, and 20% off additional cookbooks.
We begin new coaching sessions the 1st of every month (with the exception of December). Instructions for beginning the program will be sent via email on the 1st.
