Takes the guesswork out of macro tracking

I wish I would have bought the printed version, but it’s still a go-to a year later! My whole family loves the recipes. Bonus all the recipes are in popular macro-tracking apps already.

I mean - heck yes!

I have tried about 8 different Stay-Fit Mom’s recipes (I have the favorites cookbook too) and EVERY SINGLE ONE is so dang good! Ingredients are easy to find, easy to put together and man they are delicious and have made my work week so much easier. Thank you for the thoughtfulness you put into every dish! ❤️

New to Macros

I am new to counting macros and I was so worried that meal prep would consist of hard boiled eggs, salad, and plain chicken breast!! Amazing!!

I always try a new recipe every week so getting this cookbook was a no brainer. I have tried 5 recipes so far and they were all amazing (chef’s kiss). I love that I can track the recipes easily on MyFitnessPal. It makes life so easy. Get it or regret it!

The best recipes are publicly available

After making and liking 4-5 of the lunch/dinner recipes publically available, I purchased the cookbook. I was disappointed to find an overwhelming number of breakfast recipes and minimally new lunch/dinner recipes to justify the cost. to discredit the entire cookbook. Once I find a recipe creator I like, I typically buy new cookbook releases. However, based on this experience, won't risk it with Stay Fit Mom. Maybe I should have purchased a newer version instead. Read Less

Hi Paige, We're sorry to hear your disappointment with the cookbook. We do always list the whole table of contents for each book so you know exactly what recipes to expect. While a lot of these recipes are available on Krista's IG page, more than 50% of them are not. It's definitely nice to have them all in one easy place on your phone or other smart device. We hope after using the cookbook you'll see the true value in it.
