- Minimal equipment is required: Dumbbells of various weights or adjustable dumbbells, a jump rope, a plyometric box (you can always use a wall or stable elevated surface like a secured chair), and a yoga mat if desired for sit-ups and other core exercises.
- Each workout includes alternate modification options for beginners or advanced athletes.
